Marina Sanz
Psychologist
About me and my work
Her distinctive, holistic and embodied approach integrates the practical aspects of career development with the deep psychological processes that underlie motivation, choice and personal fulfillment. Marina works not just with goals and strategies, but with the internal models, beliefs and emotional blockages that determine the direction and quality of a person’s life and professional path.
As a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and voice spectrum analyst, she creates personalized solutions that go beyond standard consulting frameworks. Through the innovative method of voice spectrum analysis, Marina helps people to become aware of and release deep-seated emotional and psychological blockages, to restore their inner clarity and to make authentic, sustainable decisions for their development.
Her pioneering work in this field is the basis of her forthcoming book “The Psychology of Voice” (2026), which explores the connection between voice, psyche and human potential and offers a new model for understanding internal conflicts, archetypal patterns and processes of personal transformation through voice.
Marina offers a deeply human, results-oriented, yet mindful approach to individual career transitions and team development. She supports people to lead, create, and make decisions from a place of integrity, creativity, and meaning – fundamental principles that lead to sustainable success, personal fulfillment, and real impact in modern organizations and society.
